Show the pipe, then talk about money
Drain and sewer work is the easiest place in this trade to oversell, because the customer can never see what they're paying to fix. We built the way we work around closing that gap.
Why the tile
Talavera tile is everywhere in this city — on storefronts, around fountains, set into doorways on the south side. It's decorative work made by people who expected it to still be there in fifty years, which is roughly the standard we'd like our own work judged by.
It also happens to be the right visual language for a company that spends its days on the least decorative part of a building. A little colour on the outside, honest work underneath.
Four things we hold to
Clear first, quote second
Restore flow, then look at the cause. A repair price before that is guesswork.
Show the footage
You watch the camera run. A diagnosis you can't verify isn't worth much.
Name the cheap option
When recurring maintenance genuinely beats a repair, that's the recommendation.
State our limits
Hauling, electrical, structural, restoration — said plainly, with referrals where we have them.
Claims we won't make
That cutting roots is a permanent fix. That a maintenance plan prevents every backup. That chemical root killer repairs a pipe. That we know your jurisdiction's septic abandonment or connection requirements better than the authority that sets them. That we can guarantee a response window during a citywide freeze event. Each of those gets said in this trade, and each is either untrue or not ours to promise.
South side, working citywide
We work from South Zarzamora on the south side, covering San Antonio and surrounding communities within roughly 25 miles. If you're near the boundary, ask before booking — a straight no on the phone beats a cancellation on the day.

Are you licensed and insured?
Yes, for plumbing work in the State of Texas. Technicians will show credentials on request when they arrive.
What don't you do?
Grease waste pumping and haulage (that requires a liquid waste hauler's licence), electrical work, septic tank pumping, foundation and structural repair, water damage restoration, and air quality testing. We run into all of these and will name them rather than stretching our scope.
Do you guarantee your work?
We stand behind our workmanship and will return if something we did isn't right. What we won't guarantee is that a cleared line never backs up again or that a maintenance plan prevents every incident — no honest plumber can promise either, and we'd rather be specific about what we are standing behind.
How do I know you're not overselling?
Ask to see the camera footage — we'll show it either way. Drain work is easy to oversell because you can't see the pipe. The only real answer is putting the evidence on a screen and being willing to tell you the cheap fix is enough when it is.
Want to talk it through first?
No obligation. Describe what's happening and we'll tell you what it usually means.
