Diagnose before quoting
Nothing gets a repair price from a phone description where the cause is unknown.
Cheapest workable fix named
If pouring water down a trap solves it, that's what you'll hear — even on a paid call-out.
No invented urgency
When cutting roots every few years is genuinely fine, we'll say so rather than quoting a replacement.
Frequently asked questions
Why only six services?
Because a short list we're genuinely good at beats a long one we're average at. These six are where we see the most repeat work in San Antonio and where an honest diagnosis saves people the most money.
Do you take emergency calls?
We take urgent calls and prioritise active backups and sewage issues. Availability varies day to day, so call and we'll give you a real window instead of a promise we can't keep.
Can one visit cover more than one problem?
Usually, if you mention everything when booking so we can allow time and bring the right equipment. A second issue raised on arrival sometimes means a second trip.
What documentation do you provide?
Camera footage on request for any line we inspect, visit records for maintenance programs, permit and inspection paperwork on conversions, and an itemised invoice on every job.
My problem isn't listed. Should I call?
Yes. A good share of what we get called about turns out to be something other than what the caller assumed, and knowing that is useful even when the answer is that you need a different trade.
Not sure which one fits?
Describe what's happening and we'll tell you which service it points to — or that it doesn't need one yet.
